How much you're owed when your contract ends, under Saudi labour law (Articles 84–85).

How it works

You get half a month's pay for each of the first five years, and a full month's pay for each year after that, based on your last salary (basic + housing). If you resign, you get a third of the total after 2–5 years, two thirds after 5–10 years, and the full amount after 10 years.
