A Workshop Team Leader is needed for a reputed company in Riyadh to manage maintenance and repairs of heavy commercial vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 15 mechanics and technicians
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems
- Ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide technical guidance and training
- Monitor spare parts and workshop efficiency
Requirements
- years experience in heavy commercial vehicle maintenance
- years supervisory experience
- Technical diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering
- Strong hands-on technical experience with European trucks
- Computerized diagnostic tools experience
- Valid driving license
