A Welder is needed at VIV DURUB FACTORY in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble HDPE and PVDF tanks of various sizes
• Perform structural welding using Extrusion Welding equipment
• Carry out Hot-Gas Welding for tack welding and finishing
• Inspect weld quality and identify defects
• Conduct dimensional inspections and leak tests
• Follow factory quality and occupational safety procedures

Requirements

• + years experience in HDPE and PVDF tank fabrication and welding
• Experience with plastic extrusion welders and hot-air welding equipment
• Ability to fabricate complete tanks from drawing to finishing
• Knowledge of HDPE and PVDF material properties and welding requirements
• Ability to read engineering and fabrication drawings
• Valid thermoplastic welding qualification (EN 13067, DVS 2212-1, or equivalent) preferred
