The company is seeking HR Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists to support its operations across the GCC and Europe / EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage IT and non-IT professionals
- Screen CVs and conduct HR interviews
- Manage job postings and candidate selection
- Handle salary negotiations and offer letters
- Coordinate technical discussions and hiring
- Handle joining documentation and employee onboarding
Requirements
- –5+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Strong expertise in IT candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- GCC / EMEA recruitment experience is an added advantage
