A Stewarding Supervisor/Head Waiter is needed in Khobar.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate administrative skills in food production and record maintenance
• Prepare and follow menus and recipes
• Instruct kitchen staff in sanitation and food production procedures
• Maintain knowledge of kitchen sanitation and hygiene codes
• Control inventory and storage
• Manage personnel and customer relations

Requirements

• Associate degree or diploma/certificate in cooking or hotel management
• Certificate of completion of apprenticeship program for hotels or institutional cook
• 5 years experience in food service supervisory positions
• Knowledge of modern food and kitchen sanitation and hygiene codes
• Ability to prepare and follow menus and recipes
