A Turnaround Planner is sought by [ICMS] for major industrial plant turnarounds and shutdowns in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and forecast manning needs
• Consolidate field manpower requirements and check availability
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6
• Track daily progress against baseline targets
• Review fabrication drawings and calculate material requirements
• Supervise workshop operations to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Expert in Primavera P6 and Excel
• Experience with ERPs (SAP/Oracle) preferred
• Background in shutdowns, turnarounds, or heavy steel fabrication
