The Trust & Safety Quality Analyst works in the Trust & Safety department at Tamara, a fintech platform in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the Quality Assurance scorecard and evaluation methodology
• Lead weekly calibration sessions with Team Leads and Investigators
• Deliver constructive feedback to Investigators and Team Leads
• Lead Operational Post-Mortem analysis when fraud loss occurs
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams for tool enhancements
• Perform regular audits of closed investigation cases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in Fraud Prevention, Compliance or AML
• 1-2 years in Quality Assurance or Senior Analyst role
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL and Python
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic
• Strong analytical and communication skills
