Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries on flight tickets, car rentals, and hotel bookings
• Help customers choose best travel options
• Generate sales and achieve targets
• Build strong customer relationships with US-based customers
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries

Requirements

• Experience in sales or travel industry
• Good English communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
• PPC experience preferred
• Experience in Flights, Car Rental, Hotels, or US Sales preferred
