Responsibilities
- Lead pre-opening preparations and operational planning

- Coordinate across departments
- Drive commercial performance and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of General Manager or senior hospitality experience
- Previous villa or boutique hotel pre-opening experience preferred
- Strong Food & Beverage operations background advantageous
- Proven leadership, financial, and operational planning skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication
- Indonesian nationality required
