Responsibilities

• Implement preventive maintenance for MEP building systems
• Ensure reliability through systematic inspections
• Troubleshoot complex MEP and facility control systems
• Prepare accurate documentation for maintenance verification
• Optimize system performance and implement sustainable initiatives
• Maintain fire alarm systems

Requirements

• Experience in fire alarm and facility management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP and building systems
• Advanced troubleshooting and maintenance skills
• Relevant technical qualification
• Saudi/GCC experience preferred
• Valid driving license and transferable Iqama for KSA-based candidates
