Technical MEP Manager for China Railway 18th Bureau Group in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP design, technical and construction activities
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV and BMS systems
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, specifications and material submittals
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural and architectural disciplines
• Supervise site execution, subcontractors, engineers and technical teams
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Relevant experience in MEP management, construction and engineering
• Strong experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel projects preferred
• Excellent knowledge of multidisciplinary MEP systems
• Strong technical, leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with consultants, clients and specialist subcontractors
