Team Leader for Amazon Delivery Operations in Western Region, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise delivery drivers
• Recruit and onboard qualified drivers
• Monitor drivers' attendance and performance
• Follow up with drivers on delivery targets
• Coordinate daily delivery activities
• Maintain effective communication with drivers and management

Requirements

• Previous experience as Team Leader at Amazon
• Experience in Amazon warehouses and delivery operations
• Valid and transferable Saudi residency (Iqama)
• Willingness to transfer sponsorship (Kafala)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage operations across multiple locations
