A Teacher Trainer (TOT) is needed by a leading multi-branch language institute in Saudi Arabia to lead professional development and raise teaching quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead professional development and in-service training programs
- Observe lessons and give feedback
- Run needs analysis and build training plans
- Design training courses and materials
- Standardize teaching quality across branches
Requirements
- Full DELTA (all 3 modules) + CELTA
- 7+ years of teaching experience
- 3+ years in teacher training
- C2-level English
- Experience in curriculum and assessment
- MA TESOL / Applied Linguistics or CELTA tutor experience is a strong plus
