A Production Supervisor is needed to oversee daily manufacturing operations at a factory in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans and assign tasks
• Monitor product quality and compliance
• Coordinate line maintenance and raw material supply
• Prepare daily reports on output and performance
• Supervise blow molding / injection molding machines
• Inspect product quality

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Plastics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• Experience in factory production leadership
• Strong team management and problem-solving skills
• 2-3+ years hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing (for plastic supervisor)
• Strong leadership, task delegation, and line-troubleshooting skills (for plastic supervisor)
