A Taxi Operations Supervisor is needed for a green taxi fleet in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of drivers
- Plan driver shifts including nights and weekends
- Ensure compliance with TGA rules
- Arrange maintenance and Fahas inspections
- Handle passenger complaints and incidents
- Send daily and weekly reports on trips and revenue
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in transport operations in Saudi Arabia
- Experience supervising drivers in taxi, limousine, ride-hailing or fleet work
