A Delivery Operations Supervisor is needed in Riyadh to oversee daily delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support riders during daily operations
• Monitor rider performance and ensure daily targets are achieved
• Follow up on attendance, shifts, and performance
• Provide on-ground support and resolve operational issues
• Assist riders with operational tickets and system issues
• Ensure riders follow company policies and safety requirements

Requirements

• years experience in delivery operations or fleet management
• Previous experience supervising delivery riders preferred
• Good leadership and team-management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred
• Results-oriented with good follow-up and task-management skills
