A Cleaning Supervisor & Trainer is needed in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning teams at assigned sites
• Conduct practical training based on BICSc standards
• Monitor cleaning quality and safety compliance
• Improve workforce productivity and service quality
• Train cleaning personnel
• Evaluate cleaning personnel performance

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional cleaning experience
• At least 2 years of supervision or training experience
• BICSc standards knowledge; certification preferred
• Valid driving license
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Indian or Pakistani nationality
