A Production Supervisor is needed for a Printing & Packaging Factory in Riyadh to oversee daily production activities and ensure targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities
• Plan and allocate manpower and resources
• Monitor production schedules and targets
• Ensure quality standards and customer requirements
• Lead and train production staff
• Prepare and maintain production reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Production, Manufacturing, or related field
• years of experience as a Production Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of printing and packaging production processes
• Experience in production planning, quality control, and machine operations
• Good knowledge of workplace safety and production quality standards
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
