Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule storekeepers and receiving team
• Maintain stock accuracy through audits and variance investigation
• Set par levels and reorder points with Procurement and Chefs
• Enforce FIFO, labeling and cold-chain standards
• Report stock, consumption and food cost to Operations and Finance
• Own stock accuracy

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in F&B stores or inventory control
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Background in catering, central kitchens or F&B venues
• ERP / inventory systems and Excel skills
• HACCP and food safety knowledge
• Good English; Arabic a plus
