The Production Supervisor, Drive Unit leads a front-line production team at Lucid's AMP-2 facility in Saudi Arabia, overseeing Electric Drive Unit assembly operations.
Responsibilities
- Own daily production execution for assigned DU line section
- Monitor cycle time, takt, OEE, FPY, and hourly build rate
- Conduct start-of-shift briefings and end-of-shift handovers
- Enforce SWI compliance and Standardized Work discipline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
- Enforce HV safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Requirements
- Strong precision assembly experience
- Saudi national preferred
- HV safety training
- Leadership skills
- Manufacturing experience
