A QA Supervisor for mechanical, rotating, and static disciplines at a petrochemical plant.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement QA frameworks
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans
• Oversee maintenance QA and turnaround activities
• Manage NCRs and deviations
• Ensure compliance with international standards
• Lead QA engineers and inspectors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 12-15 years of experience in refinery/petrochemical maintenance
• Knowledge of QA/QC systems and ISO 9001:2015
• Expertise in maintenance strategies and asset integrity
• Familiarity with API, ASME, IEC, and ISA standards
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
