El-Seif operation and maintenance is seeking a Hard Services Supervisor to oversee facility infrastructure and MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP systems operations
• Manage maintenance planning
• Lead a team of technical specialists
• Oversee subcontractors
• Enforce HSE protocols
• Respond to emergencies

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in hard FM operations
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Engineering
• Technical proficiency in MEP and HVAC systems
• Professional engineering board registration or safety credentials
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
