Manarah Al-Jubail Contracting Company seeks a QC Civil Supervisor for EPC, O&M & Turnaround projects in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil QC activities
• Interpret civil drawings and project specs
• Conduct inspections and generate reports
• Identify and document non-conformities
• Coordinate with project teams
• Ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of civil QC experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, O&M, or Petrochemical
• Knowledge of concrete, rebar, formwork, earthworks, and finishing works
• Ability to interpret civil drawings, ITPs, method statements, and project specs
• Experience in inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality docs
• Saudi Aramco Approval required
