A Café Supervisor is sought by a coffee shop in Jeddah to oversee daily operations and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations
• Lead, train, and motivate baristas and front-of-house staff
• Maintain high standards of coffee quality, service, and presentation
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports
• Monitor inventory and control waste
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Café Supervisor or Senior Barista
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and coffee equipment
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Currently residing in Jeddah
