An Operations Supervisor is needed for a manpower supply company in Dammam.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manpower supply activities
• Understand and meet client requirements
• Monitor workforce attendance and deployment
• Maintain manpower deployment records
• Coordinate with recruitment and client teams
• Conduct regular client site visits

Requirements

• Relevant experience in manpower supply or workforce outsourcing
• Understanding of technical manpower categories
• Strong coordination and team management skills
• Good English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Saudi driving licence preferred
