A Stock Controller is needed by an automotive operations company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to manage and monitor vehicle inventory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate vehicle inventory records
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
• Track vehicle movements, including receiving, shipping, and yard transfers
• Update inventory transactions accurately in the company's electronic system
• Coordinate with operations, PDI, transportation, and related teams
• Prepare periodic inventory reports and highlight issues

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in stock control, warehouse management, yard operations, or automotive sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
• ERP systems experience
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent coordination and communication abilities
