Requirements
- Experience with suspension systems and structural chassis components
- Knowledge of durability engineering and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Structured root cause analysis and corrective action methods
- DFMEA, PFMEA, and DVP&R processes
- Cross-functional leadership and communication skills
