A Sr. Launch Engineer is sought by Lucid for vehicle launch and production in King Abdullah Economic City.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch and production support activities
• Support prototype and pilot builds
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management
• Track and prioritize launch issues
• Support process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• + years of automotive engineering experience
• Strong understanding of automotive products and manufacturing
• Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
