Responsibilities
- Coordinate troubleshooting for hardware-related issues
- Act as technical point of contact between teams
- Establish and track SW releases and content rollout
- Manage SW release process with Test Team and Operations
- Collaborate with TPMs, SW engineers, and test engineers
- Communicate regularly with management on program status
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, CE or related field
- + years of experience in electronics
- + years of experience in technical roles
- Experience in SW release process, testing, and build processes
- Experience with Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills
