A Senior Systems Engineer leads end-of-line and in-process test capability for high-voltage battery packs at AMP-2 in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia for Lucid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-of-line test process definition and implementation
• Perform failure mode analysis for battery design and process
• Validate and test updated hardware and software revisions
• Collaborate with manufacturing, process, and quality teams
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive issues to closure
• Analyze fleet data to improve end-of-line tests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related technical field
• + years' experience in high voltage battery systems, BMS, power electronics
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage systems
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Python, SQL, or MATLAB
• Strong problem-solving skills with fishbone and 8D methodologies
• Excellent technical English
