Responsibilities
- Define and enforce PLC architecture and coding standards
- Deploy and maintain historian systems for machine performance data
- Enforce OT cybersecurity standards
- Drive IIoT deployment for machine connectivity and predictive analytics
- Deploy and maintain machine vision systems for inspection and verification
- Support robot - PLC integration for FANUC and ABB cells
Requirements
- Experience with PLC (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000)
- SCADA and historian experience (Ignition preferred)
- MES integration experience
- OT cybersecurity experience
- Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 deployment
