Saolah Restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties for Italian cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh homemade pasta from scratch
• Make traditional pasta and Neapolitan pizza dough
• Create different pasta shapes and fillings
• Develop authentic Italian sauces
• Maintain kitchen operations and standards
• Manage a section independently (for CDP)

Requirements

• Experience in Italian restaurants or upscale casual/fine-dining environments
• Strong understanding of traditional Italian cooking techniques
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, mise en place, food safety and hygiene
• Hands-on experience with fresh homemade pasta and pizza
• Leadership and team-management skills for Sous Chef (optional)
• Ability to work independently for CDP (optional)
