About the job

The Software Support Engineer provides technical support for Lucid's vehicles and works with various teams to diagnose and resolve system issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for internal development fleets and production vehicles
• Diagnose and resolve vehicle system issues with cross-functional teams
• Perform diagnostic analysis using DTCs, Grafana, CANoe, and CANalyzer
• Apply core UDS services for ECU-level troubleshooting
• Support software and hardware integration and validation
• Create and maintain issue reports and document findings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with CAN bus systems and vehicle diagnostics
• Knowledge of UDS diagnostic services and ECU flashing
• Experience with CANoe, CANalyzer, and diagnostic scripts
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation
