Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities
• Coordinate and direct workers and equipment
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and method statements
• Plan daily work activities and allocate resources
• Monitor work progress and report to site engineer
• Ensure workers follow safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering or Construction
• 5-10 years of experience in construction projects
• Experience in infrastructure, buildings, or oil & gas projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
