A Site Supervisor is needed for an oil and gas fabrication project in Dammam.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize daily and weekly production activities
- Manage fabrication of offshore skids and related structures
- Coordinate with QC, inspectors, project team, and logistics
- Monitor productivity, man-hours, and material usage
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure HSE compliance on the shop floor
Requirements
- Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production or Fabrication
- Familiar with documentation and traceability requirements
