Nivara Development seeks a Site Engineer for real estate projects in Western Region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and document progress
• Review drawings and specifications against project scope
• Monitor quality and identify deviations
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants
• Prepare site reports and progress updates
• Observe site safety requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Relevant building-site experience
• Experience in site engineering or project coordination
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills
• Good English communication skills
• Arabic language skills an advantage
