• Design enterprise solutions
• Develop scalable solutions
• Implement ServiceNow solutions
• Work with ITSM, ITOM, CSM
• Develop Service Catalog, CMDB
• Troubleshoot API issues

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD skills
• JavaScript, API development skills
• Flow Designer, Business Rules knowledge
• CSA/CAD certification preferred
