A senior ServiceNow ITOM specialist is sought for an onsite engagement in Riyadh with FlowBridge Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management
• Develop CMDB health dashboards and data certification
• Implement bi-directional integrations with observability tools
• Create event and correlation rules and alert profiles
• Develop custom discovery patterns and MID Server scripts
• Act as SME in architecture reviews and mentor junior developers

Requirements

• 7-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Proven end-to-end ITOM implementations
• Strong JavaScript, JSON, REST/SOAP, OAuth skills
• CSA, CAD, CIS – Discovery, CIS – Event Management or CIS – Service Mapping certifications
• Working knowledge of networking, AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes/Docker, Linux/Windows and storage
• Hands-on experience mapping observability payloads and webhooks to alerts
