A Service Delivery Equipment and Product Coordinator is needed for a 12-month project in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing and coordinating spare parts data packages for Saudi Aramco projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPDP package preparation and compilation
• Develop and maintain SPDP trackers
• Ensure SPDP submission dates are met
• Review SPDP submissions for compliance
• Verify equipment lists and documentation
• Interface with OEMs and suppliers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SPDP preparation and coordination
• Experience with Saudi Aramco projects
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• Familiarity with NMR documentation requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and SharePoint
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Aconex is preferred
