Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-acceptance vehicle inspections
• Support customer satisfaction and retention goals
• Coordinate with Chief Technicians on job assignments
• Promote a 'Guest Centric' and 'Fix-It-Right' mindset
• Coordinate with Parts Department for spare parts
• Follow up on service complaints and issues

Requirements

• +3 years of experience in automotive service operations
• Strong understanding of vehicle inspection and service processes
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to interact with customers and internal teams
