A leading automotive service center in Riyadh seeks a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand vehicle complaints
• Inspect vehicles with customers and create job cards
• Provide cost estimates for services and repairs
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisors
• Follow up with customers on approvals and delivery times
• Explain invoices to customers

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic
• English language skills (desirable)
• 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor
• Knowledge of car repair and maintenance
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Iqama transferable to Riyadh
