A Senior Safety Officer is needed for substation construction projects at Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) in Riyadh and Qassim, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and safety audits
• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks
• Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with contractors and project engineers
• Maintain HSE records and reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years HSE experience in construction projects
• Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and HSE procedures
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification preferred
• Previous SEC project experience and SEC approval advantage
