A Senior Safety Officer/Lead HSE is needed at a mining and construction project in Saudi Arabia. The employer is Project Pioneers Contracting & Mining Company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HSE activities at project site
• Implement and monitor HSE plans and policies
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and client requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
• Identify workplace hazards and implement risk control measures
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years experience in Senior HSE or Safety Lead role
• Experience in mining, gold mining, heavy construction, or industrial projects preferred
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and risk assessments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
