A senior recruiter is sought by an expanding organisation in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
• Lead recruitment teams and manage hiring priorities
• Build relationships with business leaders and hiring managers
• Strengthen sourcing, assessment, and candidate-experience processes
• Monitor time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and recruitment costs
• Develop employer-branding and workforce-planning initiatives

Requirements

• 12+ years recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience leading recruiters and complex hiring programmes
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
• Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• GCC recruitment experience preferred
