A Senior Project Controls Manager is sought by Rutherford + Partners LLC for a construction portfolio valued at approximately SAR 4 billion in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Planning and Cost Control teams
• Manage client relationships and expectations
• Oversee project schedules and cost baselines
• Lead critical path analysis and risk mitigation
• Present project performance to clients and senior management
• Ensure effective integration between planning and construction teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 18-20 years of relevant experience in Project Controls
• Strong client management, stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, cost control, Earned Value Management (EVM), forecasting, and project performance reporting
• Professional certifications such as AACE CCP or AACE PSP are preferred
• Previous GCC experience preferred
