Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
• 5+ years experience in workshop management in Saudi Arabia
• Strong knowledge of machining, tooling, plasma cutting, and fabrication
• Experience in job costing, quotations, and workshop profitability
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in English
