A Senior Engineer is sought by a company in Riyadh to oversee facilities maintenance and engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily engineering and maintenance operations
• Design and implement Preventative Maintenance Plans
• Supervise and train technicians and sub-contractors
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire & life safety systems
• Manage team and maximize equipment efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management
• 8-10 years experience in facilities engineering
• 3-5 years experience in senior leadership
• Transferable Iqama (for KSA-based candidates)
