A Senior Engineer is sought by China Railway 18th Bureau Group for a high-rise construction project in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling activities for the project
• Develop and maintain the baseline master schedule
• Monitor progress and identify delays and risks
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with construction and subcontractor teams
• Analyze project delays and prepare progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• + years of planning experience in major construction projects
• Experience with high-rise towers and luxury hospitality projects
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Saudi/GCC experience preferred
