Responsibilities
- Lead chassis assembly operations
- Ensure safety, quality, throughput, and cost objectives
- Develop and optimize assembly sequences
- Investigate and resolve assembly-related concerns
- Lead root cause analysis of manufacturing defects
- Own production issue resolution related to chassis joint integrity
Requirements
- Deep understanding of wheel alignment theory
- Knowledge of chassis fastening systems
- Experience with GD&T, root cause analysis, DFMEA, PFMEA
- Familiarity with Duerr alignment equipment, Atlas Copco tightening systems
- Knowledge of vehicle handling fundamentals
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, or vehicle launch support
