A Senior Compliance Manager is sought by Lean Technologies KSA, a SAMA-licensed Major Payment Institution, to lead the compliance function and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies
• Monitor and assess regulatory changes
• Lead SAMA supervisory visits and inspections
• Establish and run a risk-based Compliance Monitoring Program
• Act as SAMA-approved Compliance Officer and AML / Financial Crime Officer
• Provide expert advice to departments on compliance matters

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, preferably in fintech
• Knowledge of SAMA regulations and KSA laws
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT and financial crime
• Ability to communicate effectively with regulators and senior management
• Strong leadership and management skills
